What started off as a lovely family get together over some fancy food soon changed.
While Troy went for the car, Jimmy and I quickly helped Elise out as her colour had suddenly changed. She no sooner reached the front door when she announced that she was going to be sick right now. As the poor darling was heaving all her insides out into the garden below, Renae bought some water out for her to wash her face. I dampened a cloth nappie that she had in her bag so she could use it on her face on the journey home. This high tea was to be followed by a birthday ice cream cake at home. Nobody felt like it so we are holding it over for Renae's birthday on Wednesday. It will go well with a special birthday roast dinner.
During the afternoon we had Savanna whilst Elise tried to rest. Later on the afternoon we had a call from Troy to say that Elise was constantly throwing up and they were heading for the Hospital. She was placed on a drip and given medication through this drip. They stayed till late that night and since all the tests came back as ok Elise felt that she was better off at home. We were all prepaired and had all sorts of plans in place for Sav during the night. Elise and Troy decided that they would take Sav home with them. The following morning we had the call to please mind Sav as Elise was now suffering from an upset tummy and just had no energy. I had the day off work and Jimmy and I had our Treasure girl for the day. This gave Elise a chance to recover a little better. This has thrown their Hols. into dissaray. Not to fear. Just as long as everyone is allright, that is the main thing.

Mum, that's one birthday celebration I'll never forget! I can't believe that I didn't even feel like eating one single thing. Hopefully Renae can have an extra good celebration on the real day - completely void of a sick big sister.
